PAYMENT FOR ITEMS... We accept the following methods: * Personal or Business Check (must be drawn from a bank with US bank branches printed on the check) * Certified Bank Check or International Money Order (must have encoded account-numbers) * Bank Wire (plus bank charges) For PayPal Orders: You do not need an account with them to purchase. They will take your credit card info. (International must have a PayPal-verified account and confirmed address). International customers, you will get an International Shipping Quote for a separate PayPal payment, after you check out and we have your full address and order information. Please also provide us with a telephone number at the place of delivery. Generally we ship your items within one to three business days after payment has been received. For USA Shipping: Our shopping cart calculator will return a charge which covers fully-insured USPS Media Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or in some cases where the customer is close to our Oregon location, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. The determination is ours, based upon the fastest method covered by the amount paid for shipping. If you need an item quickly and you cannot risk the slower of these methods, or if you want the items really fast, please contact us for a special shipping quotation for US Post Express Mail or the faster UPS methods such as UPS Three-Day-Select, 2nd-Day-Air, or Next-Day-Air. PAYMENT ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS is generally the same as for USA orders, but may incur special restrictions, custom's fees and/or conditions. Also note, there are some nations we cannot ship to unless the buyer pays in advance by cash methods, such as a bank wire. Click here for a list of those nations with problem shipping. If you selected and paid for a method such as Express Mail or UPS which has internet tracking, we will email to you the internet tracking numbers. Keep these for your records. You can use them to follow the progress of your shipment. Be sure someone is at your provided shipping address to receive the package when it arrives at your location. If it does not arrive within 30 days, contact us immediately to undertake a search-claim with the Postal Authority. Here are the pertinent internet tracking webpages: Items Damaged in Shipping: If your package arrives in damaged condition, please open it in front of the Postal Clerk or UPS shipping agent and assess for damage to the items inside. In such a case you must firstly present to them the original shipping container and packing, and the damaged item(s), following their instructions, and then contact us afterward. In the event of shipping damages, lost or undelivered items and insurance claims, replacement or refund cannot occur until the shipper gives approval of the insurance-claim process, or until the shipped item is returned to us. Shipping Insurance Claims: We will always give you the option to purchase insurance on shipping, though this always increases the shipping costs. If you decide against insurance coverage, you assume all liability in case the item is lost, stolen, or otherwise not delivered, or is damaged in transit by US Post Office, or by the Postal Authority in your home nation (for foreign purchases), or by whatever shipper is used. Please note there is a 30-day limitation by the US Post Office and other shippers for filing of any insurance claims for loss or non-delivery. We will send you a tracking number and website for tracking your shipment, but it is your responsibility to monitor the delivery and let us know if the package has not arrived within a few weeks after having been shipped, so we could make a claim on your behalf. Refunds and Replacements are processed only after the various tracking-search and insurance claims have fully run their course, and we have received a final clearance from the shipper for the insurance. This process can take many months. If an item is returned to us by the shipper as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact you for re-shipment, but must charge you again for the shipping costs. Our Warranty is limited solely to replacement and repair of any meters or devices which may malfunction, within the limitations given above.
