HEY, HUMANS, THE BEARS ARE SNOOZING!

QUICK, NOW IS YOUR CHANCE FOR MORE WILD SALMON!

The Trident-Kasilof Fish Company of Washington State has been catching and selling wild Alaska Smoked Salmon over many years. Their catch is taken from the clean open waters of the Pacific Ocean around Alaska's Kenai Peninsula, where glacier fed waters are known for producing some of the world's most sought-after sockeye salmon. Kasilof's salmon is naturally deep red in color, firm and has a rich magnificient flavor. These are wild-caught salmon, not hatchery-raised, insuring a more vital fish product, with a dark red-smoke color and no hormones or antibiotics typical of lethargic hatchery fish. The open waters of the Northeast Pacific Ocean are among the cleanest waters of the world.

Double Yum!

A fantastic gift for the "Bear" of your clan, guaranteed to bring smiles and bear-hugs.

Great for Gifts and Gatherings!

A "healthy-heart" food also, naturally rich in Omega-3 and other fish oils.

Slow-Smoked over select alder and other hardwoods, following Native American methods.

Order Early for your Gift and Holiday Needs!

All our Smoked Salmon Steaks are fully cooked and ready-to-serve. Unlike Lox, it will flake in large to medium sized pieces. Serve on your favorite crackers or toast, with your favorite cheese, spices or jam, or to suit your tastes!

Please note also, nearly all foil-pack smoked salmon has a slight addition of light salt and brown sugar, partly for preserving the fish. We have selected A brand which uses the minimal amounts, allowing you to season them as you desire. They use only natural smoking methods, and no "artificial smoke flavor" as is found in some brands. Our salmon are from wild Pacific catch and smoked in the original Native American manner. We are sure you will find our smoked salmon among the very best you have tasted.
