The following materials were prepared by Reich and his co-workers during the period 1954-1957, in their legal fight against the Food and Drug Administration. Many of them contain important historical materials or information on orgone research matters, as well as copies of letters documenting the hostile and conspiratorial nature of the Food and Drug Administration's investigation. Only a few copies of these works exist in libraries, as only a small number of each were prepared, mainly for distribution to the various workers and courts involved in the legal case. Citations 1954b, 1955v, 1955x, and 1956d were also prepared in relation to these legal documents.
